Executive Recruiter - Louisville, CO
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking highly motivated candidates with recruiting experience and strong communication skills to be an integral part of this growing renewable energy company. The Corporate Recruiting Manager is the Company’s face to candidates and must be capable of taking prospective employees through the entire recruitment process, from job definition and identification, to interview, to selection and finally onboarding new employees. Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills, are detail oriented, and understand the importance of recruitment, screening, interview and onboarding process management. This position is focused on recruiting, onboarding and evaluation of both internal and external candidates to fill a broad variety of the Company’s employment needs. This is a full-time position, based in the Louisville office with a flexible work schedule that will include some nights and weekends.

SVP of Sales and Marketing - Louisville, Colorado
Clean Energy Collective (CEC), the nation-leading provider of community solar, is seeking a highly motivated candidate with senior sales and marketing management experience. This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining a Revenue Generation Process and a Sales and Marketing Engine that aligns with the strategic direction of the company. The SVP Sales and Marketing will be responsible for all aspects of Direct Sales management (residential, commercial and government), Channel Sales management and Marketing activities. This individual assumes a long-term, integrated perspective while also striving to drive quarterly revenue results, committing to short-term results, forecasting future revenue, and taking accountability for both short-term success and the longer-term sales and marketing strategy. This is a full-time position located at CEC’s Louisville, CO office and will require some travel as well as some nights and weekends.

VP Of Business Development - New England & West Coast
The successful candidate will be proactive, aggressive, and a self-directed individual who thrives on the challenge of a fast growing, rapidly evolving, and complex market. This individual will have an outstanding track record with particular emphasis on strategic sales, prospecting, project development, and closing deals. Experiences in renewable energy, development of energy generation sources and solar familiarity are also beneficial, but not required. The ideal candidate will have proven success building and managing a sales funnel to support forward looking revenue goals. This candidate will be an effective sales leader with the ability to gain high-level access to potential utility and industry partners. Experience with regulatory bodies that may have an impact on markets and strategic directions for the company are a plus. A strong existing network within the utility and/or energy development industries is also a plus, but not required. The individual must possess a strategic sales background and bring a clear and demonstrable record of credibility in deriving business models and strategies for a new region. It will be helpful, although not required, if the individual can demonstrate outstanding achievements in the utility, renewable energy and construction or real estate markets. Personal credibility, enthusiasm and a flair for communication are essential, together with excellent motivational skills and a collaborative approach to achieving objectives. This is a role of extraordinary scope and potential in a progressive and rapidly expanding business within the dynamic renewable energy marketplace.

Director of Project Development - Massachusetts
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking an experienced solar energy professional to manage the acquisition and development of a high volume of solar PV generation projects in Massachusetts. This individual will perform due diligence and analysis of potential solar projects and manage the process of acquiring selected projects from developers. This person will also manage the transition of the acquired projects to our internal Project Management team who will accomplish their implementation and construction. The Director of Project Development should be equipped with exceptional written and verbal communications skills, strong computer skills, keen understanding of the MA solar programs, knowledge of solar contracts, and be capable of managing in a fast paced environment.

Director of Commercial Sales - Boston, Massachusetts
The Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking a highly motivated candidate with sales experience and strong communication skills to be an integral part of the sales team for this growing renewable energy company. The Director of Commercial Sales will define and develop the company’s marketing and sales programs targeted at the commercial and government markets throughout Colorado and the nation. The Director will assist in the development and execution of financing instruments that meet the market segment’s unique requirements. This position increases outreach to government and commercial entities, develops leads, directly engages prospective commercial customers, and finalizes customer transactions for the CEC’s community solar programs. While developing an intimate knowledge of the product and its position in the marketplace, as well as directly closing opportunities, the Director also works with a team of Sales Associates and Independent Sales Representatives as a support resource to complete the sales process as a closer for their actively engaged prospective government and commercial customers. This is a full-time position, based in the CEC’s Boulder Colorado office and will require regular travel as well as some nights and weekends.

Inside Sales ‐ Solar Specialist - Louisville, Colorado
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking highly motivated candidates with sales experience and strong communication skills to be an integral part of the sales team for this growing renewable energy company. The Solar Specialist is the company’s face to the market and must be capable of taking prospective customers through the entire sales process, from inquiry, to lead, to proposal generation and financing solutions, to contract closing. Successful candidates must have excellent communication and phone skills, are detail oriented, and understand the importance of lead process management. All Solar Specialists use our CRM platform (Sales Force) for lead management and the company’s proprietary proposal generation system. This position is focused on residential and small commercial market segments and will be responsible for lead management across multiple remote service areas and utilities via telesales. This is a full-time position, based in the CEC’s Louisville Colorado office with a flexible work schedule that will include some nights and weekends.

Project Manager - Worchester, MA
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking a highly motivated candidate with business experience and strong communication skills to join the product management department for this growing renewable energy company. This position is responsible for facilitating the successful implementation of CEC’s product into the residential and commercial marketplace.
