Title: VP of Delivery
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Location: Boulder, Colorado
Description: Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking a highly motivated candidate with executive solar project development and construction experience and strong organization skills to lead the delivery department for this growing renewable energy company. This position will be responsible for defining project development processes and strategies, and leading the project delivery team to meet or beat delivery schedules, projected construction costs and objectives. The VP of Delivery will be responsible for building a nationwide team to allow CEC to pursue opportunities across the US. Additional duties include designing and implementing development processes, the selection of construction firms, minimizing of the company’s risk within delivery of projects and providing regular reporting and forecasting to the executive team. This position will also provide key feedback and input to the business development, finance, and marketing teams regarding product availability, production and cost. This is a full-time position, based in CEC’s Boulder, Colorado office and will require some travel, as well as occasional night and weekend work.

Title: VP Of Business Development

Description: The successful candidate will be proactive, aggressive, and a self-directed individual who thrives on the challenge of a fast growing, rapidly evolving, and complex market. This individual will have an outstanding track record with particular emphasis on strategic sales, prospecting, project development, and closing deals. Experiences in renewable energy, development of energy generation sources and solar familiarity are also beneficial, but not required. The ideal candidate will have proven success building and managing a sales funnel to support forward looking revenue goals. This candidate will be an effective sales leader with the ability to gain high-level access to potential utility and industry partners. Experience with regulatory bodies that may have an impact on markets and strategic directions for the company are a plus. A strong existing network within the utility and/or energy development industries is also a plus, but not required. The individual must possess a strategic sales background and bring a clear and demonstrable record of credibility in deriving business models and strategies for a new region. It will be helpful, although not required, if the individual can demonstrate outstanding achievements in the utility, renewable energy and construction or real estate markets. Personal credibility, enthusiasm and a flair for communication are essential, together with excellent motivational skills and a collaborative approach to achieving objectives. This is a role of extraordinary scope and potential in a progressive and rapidly expanding business within the dynamic renewable energy marketplace.

Title: Senior Vice President of Business Development
Reports to: CEO

Description: Overview: Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is the national leader within community-owned solar, offering an innovative solution that opens solar accessibility to 7 times as many people than traditional solar is able to address today (shaded sites, renters, multi-family dwellings, urban areas, low income, etc.). CEC desires to expand its utility partnerships to extend its reach of CEC-based Solar Gardens (SG). The Senior VP of Business Development (SVP BD) will work with the CEO to help set the CEC’s utility business development and partner strategies, manage and support the business development team to successfully execute such strategy and propel the CEC towards national market success by establishing successful community-owned solar projects through the country in a timely fashion. Utility partners: the SVP BD managed and support the BD team, who contacts targeted utility organizations, at a C and VP-level, to present the CEC / SG value proposition and to move them to contract commitment with the CEC to create a community solar program and SGs within their territory. BD are responsible for managing the ongoing executive level relationship with the utility as well as assisting in the land acquisition process for SG sites, facilitating financial analysis assistance and all other CEC corporate support initiatives and providing guidance and oversight for customer sales and marketing initiatives. Strategic partners, established and managed by the SVP BD, are leveraged to accelerate CEC’s entry into the market and affirm its ability to continue to lead the market. Required skills: strong background of management, strategic positioning and understanding how businesses work – entrepreneurial, solar and/or real estate development experience is helpful but not required. Applicant must have excellent management, team building and motivation skills as well as phone and presentation skills, business development / strategic sales experience of $500,000+ solutions to company execs, clear and concise communicator, comfortable with helping others access and work with C-level personnel and navigating through large and small organizations, self-motivated, tenacious, able to work with minimal supervision and able to travel as needed to support the BD team (2-5 times a month). Utility and energy experience is helpful but not required.

Description: Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking a highly motivated candidate with a deep understanding and passion for advertising to lead the strategic development & expression of creative concepts that will deliver CEC's brand voice, image, feel and identity across all relevant consumer channels, platforms, and experiences. This candidate must be someone who knows what is possible now, while also having the ability to look forward and help others understand what’s coming. The successful candidate will be excited about creating marketing and advertising strategies, particularly in the digital realm. He or she must provide evidence of best-in-industry work in web and mobile technologies. The Candidate must be comfortable managing creative work and keeping projects on budget and on schedule by providing clear creative direction, timely and useful feedback and effectively managing individual and team time. This position is also highly "hands-on,” so a successful candidate will be excited to not only provide creative direction, but also complete work on their own. This is a full-time position located at CEC’s Boulder office.
