Inside Sales ‐ Solar Specialist - Louisville, Colorado
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking highly motivated candidates with sales experience and strong communication skills to be an integral part of the sales team for this growing renewable energy company. The Solar Specialist is the company’s face to the market and must be capable of taking prospective customers through the entire sales process, from inquiry, to lead, to proposal generation and financing solutions, to contract closing. Successful candidates must have excellent communication and phone skills, are detail oriented, and understand the importance of lead process management. All Solar Specialists use our CRM platform (Sales Force) for lead management and the company’s proprietary proposal generation system. This position is focused on residential and small commercial market segments and will be responsible for lead management across multiple remote service areas and utilities via telesales. This is a full-time position, based in the CEC’s Louisville Colorado office with a flexible work schedule that will include some nights and weekends.

Senior .Net Developer (MVC focus) - Louisville, CO

Community solar is rapidly growing as a favored market tool of policymakers nationwide, with the U.S. Department of Energy projecting a potential $11B market by 2020. To accomplish this, CEC needs a pro-active, aggressive, and a self-directed individual who thrives on the challenge of a fast growth, rapidly evolving and complex market. This individual will have an outstanding track record delivering time critical solutions while still being flexible enough to change priorities to respond to changing needs. Experience in renewable energy, development of energy solutions and solar familiarity are also beneficial, but not required. Personal credibility, enthusiasm and a flair for communication are essential, together with excellent self-motivational skills and a collaborative approach to achieving objectives. VP of Business Development - Louisville, CO
VPs of Business Development (BD) will directly market to utility companies throughout their territory to create community solar projects with utilities, in this case based out of our Louisville, CO office. Position Goal: VPs of BD will contact targeted utility organizations, at the C-level and VP-level, to present the CEC value proposition and to move them to contract commitment for a community solar program their service territory. BDs are responsible for managing the ongoing executive level relationship with the utility as well as assisting in the land acquisition process for selected sites, facilitating financial analysis, and all other CEC corporate support initiatives. Required Skills: Strong background and understanding of how businesses work including how to create a compelling case for moving forward with a new program are required. Applicant must have excellent phone and presentation skills, business development / strategic sales experience of $100,000+ solutions to company execs, clear and concise communicator, comfortable with accessing and working with C-level personnel and navigating through large and small organizations, self-motivated, tenacious, able to close large deals, able to work with minimal supervision and able to travel as needed (2-5 times a month). Utility and energy experience helpful but not required. Entrepreneurial and/or real estate development experience is helpful but not required.
