Senior VP of Product Development - Louisville, CO
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking a highly motivated candidate to head the Product Development team. The Senior Vice President of Product Development is responsible for developing strategic product plans, creating high-level product roadmaps in line with the company’s overall objectives, managing departmental development issues, ensuring accurate product requirements and an efficient development path, and delegating work to the project management leads. This role will be responsible for the supervision of several teams/individuals, and includes staffing duties, training, performance management, work design and direction, and budgeting. The ideal candidate has extensive background in building out and operating large-scale, high availability and distributed custom software systems – specifically focused around analytics and big data. We are a fun and enthusiastic company that cares about the environment and helping our customers make a difference. This is a full-time position located at CEC’s Louisville office and may require travel as well as some nights and weekends.

Director of Commercial Sales - Boston, Massachusetts
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking a highly motivated candidate with commercial sales experience and strong communication skills to be an integral part of the sales team for this growing renewable energy company. The Director of Commercial Sales will define and develop the company’s marketing and sales programs targeted at the commercial and government markets throughout Colorado and the nation. The Director will assist in the development and execution of financing instruments that meet the market segment’s unique requirements. This position increases outreach to government and commercial entities, develops leads, directly engages prospective commercial customers, and finalizes customer transactions for the CEC’s community solar programs. While developing an intimate knowledge of the product and its position in the marketplace, as well as directly closing opportunities, the Director also works with a team of Sales Associates and Independent Sales Representatives as a support resource to complete the sales process as a closer for their actively engaged prospective government and commercial customers. This is a full-time position, based in the CEC’s Worcester, MA office and will require regular travel as well as some nights and weekends.

GIS Specialist - Louisville, CO
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking a highly motivated candidate with experience as a Geospatial Information Systems Specials, whom can edit and operate within a variety of systems focusing on, but not limited to ArcGIS software based systems. The GIS Specialist will evaluate new projects under development and map target asset data for accuracy against multiple sources, including: aerial imagery, field collected data, engineering design plans, and utility databases. The candidate will assist team members with internal requests for GIS data, mapping, and analysis and the evolution of a maturing GIS data model, and support field data collection activities from the office to maximize work efforts. This is a full-time position located at CEC’s Louisville office and will require some travel as well as some nights and weekends.

Policy Analyst - Louisville, CO
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior renewable energy policy analyst to be an integral part of the team for this growing renewable energy company. The Policy Analyst will conduct legal, regulatory and policy research and monitoring across the U.S. (local, utility, state and federal) in support of CEC’s business (energy and environmental). The Policy Analyst is responsible for leading and participating in policy development assignments and projects. The Policy Analyst researches and interprets policy direction and develops or provides advice and counsel regarding specific policy/program impacts and options or changes to support CEC’s work within existing policies and contributions to new legislation for the creation of policies that optimally fit CEC’s business objective and practices. To fulfill its responsibilities, the position develops and maintains relationships to provide expert advice and recommendations regarding policy as well as to provide influential lobbying input to shape proposed policies to meet the company’s objectives. In addition to leading CEC’s policy efforts, the Policy Analyst will also provide product and market research and partner support for the company.

Senior VP of Business Development - Louisville, CO
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) desires to expand its utility partnerships to extend its reach of CEC-based community shared solar. The Senior VP of Business Development (SVP BD) will work with the Chief Management Officer to help set CEC’s utility business development and partner strategies, manage and support the business development team to successfully execute such strategy and propel CEC towards national market success by establishing successful community-shared solar projects through the country in a timely fashion. The successful candidate must have excellent management, team building and motivation skills as well as phone and presentation skills, business development / strategic sales experience of $500,000+ solutions to company execs, clear and concise communicator, comfortable with helping others access and work with C-level personnel and navigating through large and small organizations, self-motivated, tenacious, able to work with minimal supervision and able to travel as needed to support the BD team (2-5 times a month). Utility and energy experience is helpful but not required. This is a full-time position, based in CEC’s Louisville, Colorado office and will require some travel.

Senior Sales - Software and Services - Louisville, CO
Description: Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking a highly motivated candidate with commercial software sales experience and strong communication skills to be an integral part of the team for this growing renewable energy company. The position will develop and refine the company’s sales programs for community solar services and utility bill-crediting solutions for utilities, project developers and existing community solar projects throughout the nation. The person filling this position will work in partnership with the product team to refine targeting and structure of the company’s community solar software solutions. This role will create and own a prospecting plan to directly contact community solar developers and projects in high-priority markets, seeking to implement the company’s unique community solar software technology and professional services. The person will have intimate knowledge of a unique set of products and hold direct responsibility for closing opportunities. The person will also serve as a subject matter expert (SME) when specific community solar services are requested in new utility-driven opportunities. This is a full-time position, based in CEC’s Louisville, Colorado headquarters and will require regular travel (up to 4 nights a month) as well as some nights and weekends.

VP of Delivery - Solar Procurement & Construction - Louisville, CO
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking a highly motivated candidate with executive solar project development and construction experience and strong organization skills to lead the delivery department for this growing renewable energy company. This position will be responsible for defining project development processes and strategies and leading the project delivery team to meet or beat delivery schedules, projected construction costs and objectives. The VP of Delivery will be responsible for building a nationwide team to allow CEC to pursue opportunities across the US. Additional duties include designing and implementing development processes, the selection of Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) firms, minimizing of the company’s risk within delivery of projects and providing regular reporting and forecasting to the executive team. Experience overseeing Land and Site procurement & management staff is a requirement for this role. This position will also provide key feedback and input to the business development, finance, and marketing teams regarding product availability, production and cost. This is a full-time position, based in CEC’s Louisville, Colorado office and will require some travel, as well as occasional night and weekend work.
