Inside Sales ‐ Solar Specialist - Louisville, Colorado
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking highly motivated candidates with sales experience and strong communication skills to be an integral part of the sales team for this growing renewable energy company. The Solar Specialist is the company’s face to the market and must be capable of taking prospective customers through the entire sales process, from inquiry, to lead, to proposal generation and financing solutions, to contract closing. Successful candidates must have excellent communication and phone skills, are detail oriented, and understand the importance of lead process management. All Solar Specialists use our CRM platform (Sales Force) for lead management and the company’s proprietary proposal generation system. This position is focused on residential and small commercial market segments and will be responsible for lead management across multiple remote service areas and utilities via telesales. This is a full-time position, based in the CEC’s Louisville Colorado office with a flexible work schedule that will include some nights and weekends.

VP of Delivery - Solar Procurement & Construction - Louisville, CO
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking a highly motivated candidate with executive solar project development and construction experience and strong organization skills to lead the delivery department for this growing renewable energy company. This position will be responsible for defining project development processes and strategies and leading the project delivery team to meet or beat delivery schedules, projected construction costs and objectives. The VP of Delivery will be responsible for building a nationwide team to allow CEC to pursue opportunities across the US. Additional duties include designing and implementing development processes, the selection of Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) firms, minimizing of the company’s risk within delivery of projects and providing regular reporting and forecasting to the executive team. Experience overseeing Land and Site procurement & management staff is a requirement for this role. This position will also provide key feedback and input to the business development, finance, and marketing teams regarding product availability, production and cost. This is a full-time position, based in CEC’s Louisville, Colorado office and will require some travel, as well as occasional night and weekend work.

Digital Marketing Director - Louisville, CO

The successful candidate will be experienced in e-commerce, online and mobile customer acquisition, and know the latest Adtech lead generation and digital marketing methods and trends. Telesales Operations Manager - Louisville, CO
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales and customer service supervisor with strong communication skills and some operational background to assist in the management of the Telesales department. The Telesales Supervisor would be responsible for the managing all aspects of the Telesales Department, including the enforcement of service level agreements, and providing live assistance and support to the sales floor. Major duties include live coaching, monitoring and enforcing operational processes and procedures, as well as the continued development for members of the team. The Telesales Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all operational objectives are met, or exceeded and that personnel are managed to optimal performance.

Performance Compliance Specialist - Louisville, CO
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking a quality assurance specialist with strong written and verbal communication skills to assist in the management of quality performance within the Telesales department. The Performance Compliance Specialist would be responsible for ensuring that adherence to scripting, processes, and procedures are being followed by sales representatives on a daily basis through the use of a performance enhancement form. Major duties include monitoring a minimum of twenty-five interactions per representative each month through the use of a performance enhancement form, providing feedback to management from trends and results of the performance enhancement forms, and ensuring that operational and quality objectives are met or exceeded so that personnel are management to optimal performance. This is a full time position, based in CEC’s Louisville, Colorado office.
