Inside Sales ‐ Solar Specialist - Louisville, Colorado
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking highly motivated candidates with sales experience and strong communication skills to be an integral part of the sales team for this growing renewable energy company. The Solar Specialist is the company’s face to the market and must be capable of taking prospective customers through the entire sales process, from inquiry, to lead, to proposal generation and financing solutions, to contract closing. Successful candidates must have excellent communication and phone skills, are detail oriented, and understand the importance of lead process management. All Solar Specialists use our CRM platform (Sales Force) for lead management and the company’s proprietary proposal generation system. This position is focused on residential and small commercial market segments and will be responsible for lead management across multiple remote service areas and utilities via telesales. This is a full-time position, based in the CEC’s Louisville Colorado office with a flexible work schedule that will include some nights and weekends.

Project Manager - Northeast - Flexible, Northeast
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking highly motivated candidates with solar project management and EPC oversight experience. The Project Manager is fully responsible for the oversight and management of the solar facility construction for projects within a given regional site. Responsibilities include: interfacing with the outside resources to evaluate the project, permitting the project, reviewing the schedule and budget to meet project requirements, oversight of the design process through plan-check and permitting when necessary, defining elements of work and soliciting bids for subcontracted work as required, managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle, and ensuring proper documentation and reporting throughout the project cycle. The Project Manager will perform EPC management, people management and possess strong communication skills to be an integral part of the project team for this growing renewable energy company. This is a full-time position based in the CEC’s Worcester, Massachusetts office; the successful candidate will be expected to spend time in the office for meetings, etc., when not out in the field working on project-related items, and will require some travel.

Community Solar Manager - Worcester, Massachusetts
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking a highly motivated candidate for the position of Community Solar Manager, fully responsible for the oversight and management of project permitting for projects within a given regional site. Responsibilities include: interfacing with outside resources to evaluate projects, identifying permitting processes, managing internal and external resources to obtain ministerial permits in the shortest timeframe possible with minimal impact to the project, and ensuring proper documentation and reporting throughout the project cycle. This is a full-time position located at CEC’s Worcester, Massachusetts office and will require some travel as well as some nights and weekends.

Inside Sales Manager - Louisville, CO
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales manager with strong communication skills to manage the sales department for this growing renewable energy company. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of the inside sales department. Major duties include the recruitment and management of sales professionals. The sales manager will be responsible for ensuring sales objectives are met or exceeded and that personnel are managed to optimal performance. The manager will also provide weekly reporting on the sales pipeline as well as day to day management of the CRM platform and lead-communications processes. This position will provide feedback/improvement to the sales operations department regarding closing processes and market/customer feedback to the marketing department with regard to sales positioning, collateral and lead generation programs. This is a full-time position, based in CEC’s Louisville, Colorado office with a flexible work schedule that will include some nights and weekends.

Senior VP of Product Development - Louisville, CO
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking a highly motivated candidate to head the Product Development team. The Senior Vice President of Product Development is responsible for developing strategic product plans, creating high-level product roadmaps in line with the company’s overall objectives, managing departmental development issues, ensuring accurate product requirements and an efficient development path, and delegating work to the project management leads. This role will be responsible for the supervision of several teams/individuals, and includes staffing duties, training, performance management, work design and direction, and budgeting. The ideal candidate has extensive background in building out and operating large-scale, high availability and distributed custom software systems – specifically focused around analytics and big data. Director of Commercial Sales - Boston, Massachusetts
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking a highly motivated candidate with commercial sales experience and strong communication skills to be an integral part of the sales team for this growing renewable energy company. The Director of Commercial Sales will define and develop the company’s marketing and sales programs targeted at the commercial and government markets throughout Colorado and the nation. The Director will assist in the development and execution of financing instruments that meet the market segment’s unique requirements. This position increases outreach to government and commercial entities, develops leads, directly engages prospective commercial customers, and finalizes customer transactions for the CEC’s community solar programs. While developing an intimate knowledge of the product and its position in the marketplace, as well as directly closing opportunities, the Director also works with a team of Sales Associates and Independent Sales Representatives as a support resource to complete the sales process as a closer for their actively engaged prospective government and commercial customers. This is a full-time position, based in the CEC’s Worcester, MA office and will require regular travel as well as some nights and weekends.
