SVP of Sales and Marketing - Louisville, Colorado
Clean Energy Collective (CEC), the nation-leading provider of community solar, is seeking a highly motivated candidate with senior sales and marketing management experience. This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining a Revenue Generation Process and a Sales and Marketing Engine that aligns with the strategic direction of the company. The SVP Sales and Marketing will be responsible for all aspects of Direct Sales management (residential, commercial and government), Channel Sales management and Marketing activities. This individual assumes a long-term, integrated perspective while also striving to drive quarterly revenue results, committing to short-term results, forecasting future revenue, and taking accountability for both short-term success and the longer-term sales and marketing strategy. This is a full-time position located at CEC’s Louisville, CO office and will require some travel as well as some nights and weekends.

VP Of Business Development - New England & West Coast
The successful candidate will be proactive, aggressive, and a self-directed individual who thrives on the challenge of a fast growing, rapidly evolving, and complex market. This individual will have an outstanding track record with particular emphasis on strategic sales, prospecting, project development, and closing deals. Experiences in renewable energy, development of energy generation sources and solar familiarity are also beneficial, but not required. The ideal candidate will have proven success building and managing a sales funnel to support forward looking revenue goals. This candidate will be an effective sales leader with the ability to gain high-level access to potential utility and industry partners. Experience with regulatory bodies that may have an impact on markets and strategic directions for the company are a plus. A strong existing network within the utility and/or energy development industries is also a plus, but not required. The individual must possess a strategic sales background and bring a clear and demonstrable record of credibility in deriving business models and strategies for a new region. It will be helpful, although not required, if the individual can demonstrate outstanding achievements in the utility, renewable energy and construction or real estate markets. Personal credibility, enthusiasm and a flair for communication are essential, together with excellent motivational skills and a collaborative approach to achieving objectives. VP of Structured Finance - Louisville, CO
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking a highly motivated candidate with structured finance experience to play integral role in the structured finance department for this growing renewable energy company. This position will be responsible for helping to secure and manage the company’s product and project financing requirements including sponsor equity, project debt, tax equity, and consumer financing. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in some if not all of the aforementioned capital sources, and be a proactive, aggressive, and self-directed individual who thrives on the challenge of a fast growth company with rapidly evolving and complex business and financial structures. This individual will have an outstanding track record delivering time critical financing solutions via capital partnerships while still being flexible enough to change priorities to respond to the company’s evolving needs. Experience in renewable energy financing in excess of $50 million or demonstrable contacts with entities directly placing renewable energy financing in excess of $50 million is required. Personal credibility, enthusiasm and strong professional, financial and communication skills are essential, together with excellent self-motivational skills and a collaborative approach to achieving objectives. Inside Sales ‐ Solar Specialist - Louisville, Colorado
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking highly motivated candidates with sales experience and strong communication skills to be an integral part of the sales team for this growing renewable energy company. The Solar Specialist is the company’s face to the market and must be capable of taking prospective customers through the entire sales process, from inquiry, to lead, to proposal generation and financing solutions, to contract closing. Successful candidates must have excellent communication and phone skills, are detail oriented, and understand the importance of lead process management. All Solar Specialists use our CRM platform (Sales Force) for lead management and the company’s proprietary proposal generation system. This position is focused on residential and small commercial market segments and will be responsible for lead management across multiple remote service areas and utilities via telesales. Project Manager - Northeast - Flexible, Northeast
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking highly motivated candidates with solar project management and EPC oversight experience. The Project Manager is fully responsible for the oversight and management of the solar facility construction for projects within a given regional site. Responsibilities include: interfacing with the outside resources to evaluate the project, permitting the project, reviewing the schedule and budget to meet project requirements, oversight of the design process through plan-check and permitting when necessary, defining elements of work and soliciting bids for subcontracted work as required, managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle, and ensuring proper documentation and reporting throughout the project cycle. The Project Manager will perform EPC management, people management and possess strong communication skills to be an integral part of the project team for this growing renewable energy company. This is a full-time position based in the CEC’s Worcester, Massachusetts office; the successful candidate will be expected to spend time in the office for meetings, etc., when not out in the field working on project-related items, and will require some travel.

The successful candidate will have experience designing utility-scale PV solar farms with industrial or grid-tied interconnections, utilizing and applying various available technologies as appropriate for the site-specific conditions and customer needs. Inside Sales Manager - Louisville, CO
Clean Energy Collective (CEC) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales manager with strong communication skills to manage the sales department for this growing renewable energy company. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of the inside sales department. Major duties include the recruitment and management of sales professionals.
